Not much good I can report on, but I try to keep from being a gloom lord.

I am annoyed that a comic book project I've been workin on with alongside Lady-Cybercat has been constantly delayed.  Originally it should have been released in late spring, but first one of the co-writers' computer died, taking with it his work.  We allowed him a month...then two...and then it became obvious this guy was screwing around and he's since been cut out of at least the current issue.  Another complication, thanks to the economy, happened when our main boss lost his art job that had helped support our efforts - the loss might have been less if it weren't for the fact he's pretty much our ONLY contact with the printing company.  The book itself, Cornerstone #2 as it's entitled, is ready to print but it's printing date remains in question.  I had held hopes it could be released by Halloween but that's come and gone. I am going to finish preparing my scripts & material for Cornerstone #3 but any efforts beyond that I'm suspending for now.

My apartment is going to hell, mainly because I have a roommate that keeps inviting in 'surprise' guests...and inviting them to stay.  He has time to entertain two other guys but none to search for a job.  Yeah, I need to move out.

That's what I'm dealing with for now.  On good news I'm starting to search for christmas presents for my family and friends, and some potential in my town for them.

I'll try to give a more upbeat journal for my 2008 Christmas entry.
